Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Cosmuna and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Cosmuna, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Cosmuna offers astrology-based reflection tools, personalized readings, reports, manifestation features, and conversations with an AI companion (Cosmo) that remembers context across sessions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Cosmuna is for self-reflection, education, entertainment, and personal meaning-making. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. It is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately (see our Acceptable Use Policy for resources).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Certain features consume points or require a paid subscription. Pricing, point costs, and what each plan includes are shown in the app.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal through your account or app-store settings.
• We may change prices and point costs; changes apply going forward and, for subscriptions, from your next billing cycle.
• Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

Points and digital features are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once used, except where a refund is required by applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights) or expressly stated at the point of purchase. App-store purchases are also subject to the store's refund policy. For billing questions, contact support via privacy@cosmuna.com.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits abusive, illegal, and harmful conduct. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (your inputs, messages, and context). You grant Cosmuna a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including processing by our AI providers. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and brand, is owned by Cosmuna and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Readings and responses are generated by AI and astrological interpretation. They may be incomplete, symbolic, or inaccurate, and may not reflect real-world facts. Do not rely on them for important decisions. You are solely responsible for the choices you make.

The Service relies on third parties (for example, authentication, AI providers, payment processors, and app stores). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or other users. Where we terminate for cause, unused points may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmuna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cosmuna harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, and you agree to resolve disputes there. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
